AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 184 AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTANTS OF THE PHILIPPINES.

Memorandum Circular No. 184 of this Office dated May 16, 1968, authorizing the attendance of certain government officials and employees in the convention-seminar of the Association of Government Accountants of the Philippines, is hereby amended so as the exclude from the limitation on the number of participants in the convention-seminar such officials and employees as were designated to take charge of the various arrangements thereof, subject to the applicable terms and conditions set forth in the aforesaid Memorandum Circular No. 184.
