MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 187, May 23, 1968 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE LEGAL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION The Legal Officers Association of the Philippines will hold its annual general meeting on June 3, 1968, at the GSIS Social Hall, Manila, to discuss, among other things, matters relating to the official functions of its members.1âшphi1 Heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send their officials and employees who are members of the Association to this annual general meeting provided that their attendance shall be on official time only and that they shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the meeting.
