PLACING PERSONNEL OF THE RICE AND CORN PRODUCTION COORDINATING COUNCIL (RCFCC) UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION THE OFFICIALLY DESIGNATED PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR IN THEIR RESPECTIVE JURISDICTION.

In order to achieve maximum efficiency and coordination in implementing the policies and programs laid down by the Rice and Corn Production Coordinating Council (RCPCC), all personnel of the ,RCPCC, including those detailed from other offices, are hereby placed under the administrativesupervision of the officially designated Provincial Director for the area where they are assigned.1âшphi1
