URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE TENTH NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PUBLIC PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION.

The Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PCAP), with the technical assistance of the Civil Service Commission, will hold its Tenth National Conference on Public Personnel Administration on June 5-7, 1968, at the Manila Central University, Caloocan City, on the theme: “Strategy for Manpower Planning and Development.”

The conference aims to provide responsible public servants the opportunity to comprehend the role they must play towards the better utilization of manpower resources in both the public and private sectors.

In view of the value and importance of this conference, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices provincial, city and municipal governments, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send their personnel officers and/or other employees who are members of the PCAP and not more than two of their supervisory personnel. This limitation in number does not include conference officials. Their attendance shall be on official business and their expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees, in connection therewith shall be chargeable against to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

Delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance and participation in the conference.1âшphi1
