MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 161, February 26, 1968 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING OF THE MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONERS’ ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES. The Management Practitioners’ Association of the Philippines (MaPAP), a non-profit technical and professional association of government and private management specialists, will hold its Annual General Membership Meeting on Thursday, February 29, 1968, at the GSIS Social Hall, Arroceros Street, Manila. The meeting would complement the administration’s efforts at improving management work in the government. All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to allow the attendance in the meeting on official time of their employees who are members of the Association.
