REITERATING THE PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM DATED MAY 9, 1966, DIRECTING STRICTNESS IN THE AUTHORIZATION OF LOCAL OFFICIALS TO TRAVEL TO MANILA.

In view of the need for effecting economy in the operations of the government to meet the increasing demands of the public service, all parties concerned are hereby enjoined to strictly observe and comply with the Presidential Memorandum dated May 9, 1966, directing strictness in the authorization of local officials to travel to Manila.
