AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE DISTRICT AND CITY ENGINEERS LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES (DACEL).
The DACEL will hold its 13th Annual Convention at the SSS Social Hall, Quezon City, on February 20-22, 1968, on the theme “New Dimensions in Road-Building and Public Works Construction to Enhance Economic Development.”
The Convention will provide the opportunity for government field engineers to discuss, among other things, matters relative to the massive road-building and other long-range infrastructure programs of the Administration.1âшphi1
To ensure the success of the convention, the attendance of Division, District and City Engineers of the BPH and the BPW and of three (3) representatives each from the central offices of the DPWC and the two aforementioned bureaus is hereby authorized on official business, that is, with reasonable travel expenses and per diems, as well as convention fees chargeable against funds of the divisions, districts and cities concerned, subject to the availability thereof and the usual audit.
