AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 144, DATED JANUARY 10, 1968, ENTITLED “REMINDING ALL CONCERNED OF THE OBLIGATION TO FILE THEIR SWORN STATEMENTS OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3019, AS AMENDED.”

Memorandum Circular No. 144, dated January 10, 1968, reminding all concerned of the obligation to file their sworn statements of assets and liabilities under Republic Act No. 3019, is hereby amended so that instead of the form prescribed under Memorandum Circular No. 49, series of 1963, the attached simplified form for such sworn statement of assets and liabilities shall be used.
