Memorandum Circular No. 134 of this Office dated October 24, 1967, as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 137 dated December 6, 1967, is hereby amended so as to authorize the attendance of all delegates to the recently concluded 20th Annual Convention and Symposium of the Philippine Government Employees Association (PGEA) on official business, i.e., with expenses covering transportation, and subsistence and convention fees, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
