AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 134 DATED OCTOBER 24, 1967.

Memorandum Circular No. 134 of this Office dated October 24, 1967, urging attendance in the 20th Annual Convention and Symposium on December 6-8, 1967, is hereby amended so as to authorize five (5) delegates from Mindanao, ten (10) from the Visayas, and ten (10) from Luzon, or a total of twenty-five (25) provincial delegates, to attend the convention on official business, i.e., with travel and subsistence allowances chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit, and to presentation of a certification by the PGEA of their attendance under the terms of this Circular.1âшphi1
