[ Memorandum Circular No. 132, October 12, 1967 ]

AUTHORIZING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE THEIR OFFICES DURING OFFICE HOURS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGISTERING WITH THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS.

whose offices are located in Manila and suburbs, are hereby directed to permit their employees to leave their offices anytime during office hours to register with the nearest COMELEC office.
