CANCELLING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 126 OF THIS OFFICE DATED JULY 31, 1967.

Memorandum Circular No. 126 of this Office dated July 31, 1967, urging attendance of certain government employees in the Fourth Annual Rational Convention of the Philippine Association for Government Budget Administration (PAGBA) on September 13-15, 1967, on official time, is hereby cancelled in view of the decision of the Association to postpone indefinitely the holding of said annual national convention.1âшphi1
