AUTHORIZING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE THEIR OFFICES ON STAGGERED ARRANGEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGISTERING WITH COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS.
In order to accelerate the registration of voters currently being undertaken by the Commission on Elections, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including provincial, city and municipal governments, as well as government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby directed to permit their employees to leave their offices a staggered arrangement for the purpose of registering with the Commission.1âшphi1
