ENJOINING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FAMILY COUNCILS.

WHEREAS, the upsurge of vice, criminality and vandalism among teenagers is due to large extent on the breakdown of family discipline, unstable home life, and lack of communication between parents and their children;

WHEREFORE, it is hereby enjoined that the judiciary, bar associations, civic organizations and religious organizations assist in the establishment of family councils in Filipino homes for closer supervision over the activities of teenagers and the solution of teenage problems.1âшphi1
