ENCOURAGING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO SEND PARTICIPANTS TO HARVARD EXTENSION COURSES IN MANAGEMENT.

In order to further enhance the efforts of the Administration toward, the development of a pool of well-trained executives in the public service, all agencies of the National Government are hereby encouraged to send a representative each to Harvard extension courses in management whenever the same are conducted in the Philippines.

Nominees shall be selected from lower level executives who have bright prospects of assuming higher responsibilities in their respective offices. As much as possible, those who are more than 50 years old must not be considered for the course. The expenses of these selected, which must always be limited to the barest minimum, shall be chargeable against funds of the nominating agencies specifically appropriated for management training, if there be any, otherwise it MAY be taken from their savings.1âшphi1
