REQUIRING FLOATING FACILITIES TO SECURE THE NECESSARY CERTIFICATE FOR THEIR OPERATION.

WHEREAS, floating facilities art; operating in some public waters without the necessary permits or certificates to ensure the health, safety and protection of the public;

WHEREFORE, no floating facilities, like floating restaurants warehouses, drydocks and the like nay operate without the following certificates: seaworthiness from the Bureau of Customs; cleanliness and. sanitary disposal of wastes from the Department of Health and the Air and Water Pollution Control Commission; and security clearance from the Philippine Constabulary.
