[ Memorandum Circular No. 115, May 3, 1967 ]

AMENDING THE SECOND PARAGRAPH OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 113 DATED APRIL 28, ENTITLED: AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1 DATED DECEMBER 31, 1965, REGARDING THE HIRING OF CASUAL AND EMERGENCY EMPLOYEES, AND FILLING OF VACANT POSITIONS.”

The second paragraph of Memorandum Circular No. 113 dated April 28, 1967, is hereby amended, to read as follows:

“Likewise, the prior authority of this Office under the Memorandum Circular to fill vacant positions is hereby dispensed with in so far as positions at salaries below ?3960 per annum are concerned: Provided, however, that the appropriations for such positions have been programmed by the Budget Commission for expenditures.”

This Circular shall take effect as of April 28, 19671âшphi1
