ENJOINED THE IMMEDIATE FILING OF POSITIONS IN NEWLY CREATED PROVINCES.

All departments, bureaus and offices of the National Government which have regional/district offices in the provinces or exercise some kind of supervision over certain functions of provincial and municipal governments, are hereby enjoined to immediately fill all necessary positions in the nearly created provinces in order to enable them to function effectively.1âшphi1
