URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC, (BUDIRAS)

The Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc. will hold its 5th Annual Convention on April 19-21, 1967, at the SSS Conference Hall, Quezon City, on the theme: “Creativity in Public Administration.”

The choice of this year’s convention theme is a manifestation of the Association’s desire to further stress upon its members the continuing need for maintaining maximum administrative efficiency in keeping with, and in response to, the demands of public service.

All chiefs of bureaus, commissions, offices, corporations and other officials who are members of the BUDIRAS, are urged to attend this Convention. Their attendance shall be on official time with expenses for transportation and conference fees chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The participants shall submit to their department heads a report on their attendance within fifteen days after the convention.1âшphi1
