URGING ATTENDANCE IN A SEMINAR ON FIRE CONTROL IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND CORPORATIONS.

The National Civil Defense Administration (NCDA) will conduct in its offices on March 1-3, 1967, a seminar on Fire Control in Government Offices and Corporations as a fitting observance of Fire Prevention Week.

Fire is a hazard continually faced by government offices and the importance of and the need for preventive and safety measures to safeguard government property and invaluable records will be stressed in the seminar.1âшphi1

Heads of departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, located in the Manila and suburban areas, are hereby authorized to send one representative each to the seminar. Their attendance shall be on official tine with reasonable allowance for transportation expenses only, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar within 15 days after the termination thereof.
