PRESCRIBING THE FORM FOR SUBMISSION OF APPOINTMENT PROPOSALS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS, IN CONNECTION WITH ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 171, SERIES OF 1956.
1. For purposes of uniformity and completeness of essential information, conducive to expeditious action on proposals for appointment submitted in accordance with the provisions of Administrative Order No. 171, series of 1956, it is hereby directed that such appointment proposals be submitted in the prescribed form hereto attached.
2. Offices and agencies submit ting appointment proposals under the aforementioned Administrative Order are also required to furnish the Office of the President with copies of their duly approved Merit Promotion Plans and copies of their complete plantillas of personnel carrying the positions involved in the proposals.
3. No action will be taken on appointment proposals unless presented in accordance with the prescribed form and copies of the Merit Promotion Plans and plantillas of personnel submitted as herein required.1âшphi1
