MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 83, November 11, 1966 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING OF THE MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONERS’ ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES. The Management Practitioners’ Association of the Philippines (MaPAP), a non-profit technical and professional association of government and private management specialists, will hold its General Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 1966, at the Government Service Insurance System Social Hall, Arroceros Street, Manila. The meeting complements the Administration’s policy of, among others, promoting the highest standards of efficiency, economy, and effectiveness in the public service.1âшphi1 All departments, bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to allow the attendance in the meeting of officials and employees who are members of the dissociation provided the number of participants from each agency shall be limited, to not more than three (3). Their attendance shall be on official time. The participants shall submit to their respective heads a report of their attendance in the meeting.
