AUTHORIZING FORTNIGHTLY CONFERENCES AMONG PROJECT MANAGERS OF FOREIGN-FINANCES PROJECTS.
Project managers of the various foreign-financed projects of the Government are hereby authorized to conduct fortnightly conferences for the following purposes:
(1) To discuss problems of mutual concern among the project and evolve practical solutions to them;
(2) To facilitate coordination between operating agencies engaged in the projects and other government offices concerned with project implementation; and
(3) To give project managers, through a system of rotating hosts, accurate knowledge of the projects, by bringing them to their locale.
Conferences are grouped into two, based on the similarity of projects, as follow:

Date and Hour of Meetings
For Group A – Every 11th and 26th of the month
Fir Group B – Every 12th and 27th of the month
If the scheduled meeting falls on a Saturday, the meeting shall be held on the preceding Friday; if it falls on a Sunday, the meeting shall be held on the Monday following.
Meeting Place
Project managers shall take turns in hosting the conferences. Accordingly, each meeting shall be held at the agency assigned as agreed upon by the conferences.
The Presidential Management Task Force shall ensure faithful compliance of this Circular.
