AMENDING THE UNNUMBERED MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR OF THE OFFICE DATED JUNE 10, 1966, URGING THE ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN CITY MAYORS AND OTHER CITY OFFICIALS IN THE FIRST REGIONAL SEMINAR ON URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN MINDANAO TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE PACD.

The unnumbered Memorandum Circular of this Office dated June 10, 1966, urging the attendance of City Mayors and other city officials who have been invited by the PACD to attend the First Regional Seminar on Urban Development in Mindanao scheduled to have been held in Butuan City on June 27-30, 1966, it is hereby amended so as to change the date of the seminar to August 2-5, 1966.1âшphi1
