All agencies herein named are hereby re-quested, whenever they receive any memorandum, order or letter signed personally by the President, to submit their replies thereto in duplicate.1âшphi1 One copy of the reply shall be coursed through the Office of the Executive Secretary for proper evaluation and/or action.
