MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 37, May 5, 1966 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33 DATED APRIL 19, 1966 AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF A SEMINAR ON PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN DAVAO CITY. Memorandum Circular No. 33 dated April 19, 1966, authorizing the holding of a seminar on public administration in Davao City under the auspices of the Civil Service Mission, with the cooperation of the Public Administration Clubs of Ateneo de Davao and the University of Mindanao and the Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (POAP), and the technical assistance of the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) , is hereby amended so as to authorize members of the aforesaid Clubs who are either national or provincial or city employees stationed in Davao City to attend the seminar, subject to the applicable conditions set forth in the said Memorandum Circular No. 33.1âшphi1 By authority of the President (SGD.)
