ENJOINING ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PARTICIPATE IN AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE SURVEY OF 17 IRRIGATION PROJECTS IN THE PHILIPPINES, AND DESIGNATING THE PRESIDENTIAL ECONOMIC STAFF TO COORDINATE THE ACTIVITIES OF SAID AGENCIES
All agencies herewith named are hereby enjoined to participate in and provide support to the field survey of 17 irrigation projects which will be undertaken by the Philippine Government in line with its irrigation development program,
In order to coordinate the activities of the various agencies of the government, the Presidential Economic Staff is hereby designated as organizer and coordinator of the irrigation survey teams to be consisted from the following agencies:

All agencies will have to shoulder the traveling expenses as well as per diems and allowances of their respective personnel included in the survey teams.
In view of the urgency to complete the survey at the soonest possible time, all agencies are hereby directed to contact the Presidential Economic Staff for the necessary arrangement.
This circular shall take effect immediately.
