MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 28, March 25, 1966 ] URGING THE ATTENDANCE OF MUNICIPAL MAYORS WHO HAVE SEEN INVITED BY THE PACD IN THE FOURTH EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT COURSE TO BE HELD AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SAN AGUSTIN, CITY OF ILOILO, FROM MARCH 28 TO APRIL 2, 1966. The Presidential Assistant on Community Development will conduct the Fourth Executive Development Course for some seventy (70) municipal mayors within the V Community Development Region, from March 28 to April 2, 1966, at the University of San Agustin. In view of the benefits expected to be derived therefrom, it being designed to further promote t effective implementation of the Administration’s community development program, municipal mayors from the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo and Negros Occidental, who have been invited to this particular training, are hereby urged to attend same. Their attendance on official tine is hereby authorized and traveling and other expenses to be incurred by them in connection therewith shall be chargeable against u appropriations of their respective municipal governments, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1 By authority of the President (SGD.)
