AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 21 OF THIS OFFICE DATED MARCH 14, 1966.

Memorandum Circular No. 21 of this Office dated March 14, 1966, urging attendance in the Seventh National Conference of Government Training Officers is hereby amended so as to authorize the holding of the conference in Baguio City and the attendance therein of all members of the Government Training Officers Association of the Philippines (GTOAP) and of two (2) supervisors from each agency of the government, subject to the applicable terms and conditions set forth in the said Memorandum Circular No. 21.1âшphi1
