Memorandum Circular No. 123 dated May 31, 1965, urging attendance in the National Seminar on Agricultural Marketing is hereby amended so as the change the place where the seminar will be held on September 7-27, 1965, from the Asian Labor Education Center (ALEC), Diliman, Quezon City, to the WHO Building, United Nations Avenue, Manila.1âшphi1
