MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 69, s. 1964, June 4, 1964 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SECOND ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE FEDERATION OF FILIPINO MIDWIVES, INC. The National Federation of Filipino Midwives, Inc. will holds its Second National Convention on June 5, 1964, in the City of Manila on the theme “The Role of Midwives in the President’s Five-Year Integrated Socio-Economic Development Program.” All City Health and Provincial Health Offices, as well as the Department of Health, are hereby authorized to participate in the said convention provided not more than two delegates (midwives) are sent thereto from each office or regional unit, Their attendance shall be on official time.
