AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 40 DATED AUGUST 20, 1963, URGING ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT TO ATTEND THE SIXTH NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PUBLIC PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION.

Memorandum Circular No. 40 dated August 20 1963, urging all government officials responsible for personnel management to attend the Sixth National Conference on Public Personnel Administration is hereby amended in its penultimate paragraph so as to authorize the attendance therein not only of personnel officers, but also such other officials who, not being personnel officers, are directly responsible for personnel management.1âшphi1
