SUSPENDING THE CURFEW IN CONNECTING WITH ALL SAINTS DAY.

WHEREAS, honoring our dead on All Saints' Day is one of our cherished traditions;

NOW, THEREFORE, I. FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby suspend the curfew throughout the Philippines from midnight of October 31, 1974, up to four o'clock in the morning of November 2, 1974.ℒαwρhi৷

Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four.
