[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 11, December 29, 2016 ]
EXTENDING FURTHER THE TERM OF SOUTH COTABATO/NORTH COTATATO/SULTAN KUDARAT/ SARANGANI/GENERAL SANTOS CITY (SOCSKSARGEN) AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICE (ADPO) TO 31 DECEMBER 2022. AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 507 (S. 2006). AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the term of the SOCSKSARGEN ADPO expires on 31 December 2016 pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No 507 (s 2006). as amended by EO No 16 (s 2010):
WHEREAS, in order to continue growth, ensure that programs and projects supported by the national government are fully implemented and to facilitate sustainable mechanism for agri-fishery industry competitiveness, there is a need to extend the term of the SOCSKSARGEN ADPO;
NOW THEREFORE, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and existing laws, do hereby order.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 1. The provision on the term of the SOCSKSARGEN ADPO in Section 1 of EO 507 (s 2006). as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows
SOCSKSARGEN ADP Office Term. The term of the ADP Office is hereby extended to 31 December 2022. "
Section 2. The initial funds necessary for the implementation of this Order shall be taken from such available sources as may be identified by the Department of Budget and Management Succeeding funding for the operational requirements of the SOCKSARGEN ADPO shall be included in the budget of the Department of Agriculture (DA) in the General Appropriations Act based on the work and financial program as submitted by the DA apd endorsed by the Regional Development Council XII.
Section 3. Repealing Clause. All other rules, regulations and issuances or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this EO are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 4. Effectivity. This Order shall take effect on 01 January 2017
