AMENDING SECTION 2 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 374 DATED 15 OCTOBER 1996 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE ON WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Section 2 of EO 374 dated 15 October 1996 entitled, “Creating the Presidential Task Force on Water Resources Development and Management”, and order the following:
Section 1.
Section 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“Section 2. Composition. The Task Force shall have the following composition:

Three (3) representatives from the private sector, preferably from the environmentalist, water management and consumer groups to be designated by the Task Force Chairman |
Section 2. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
