MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 9, August 07, 1992 ] TRANSFERRING THE NATIONAL STUD FARM FROM THE PHILIPPINE RACING COMMISSION, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE The National Stud Farm is hereby transferred from the Philippine Racing Commission, Office of the President to the Department of Agriculture.ℒαwρhi৷ Memorandum Order No. 13, S. of 1986, and all other orders or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
