MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 18, September 01, 1992 ] TRANSFERRING THE TECHNICAL COOPERATION COUNCIL OF THE PHILIPPINES FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS PURSUANT TO BOOK III TITLE III, CHAPTER 10, SECTION 31, OF THE 1987 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me under Book III, Title III, Chapter 10, Section 31, of the 1987 Administrative Code, do hereby order the following: The Technical Cooperation Council of the Philippines created Executive Order No. 16, dated Sept. 1, 1992, is hereby transferred from the Office of the President to the Department of Foreign Affairs.ℒαwρhi৷ Section 18 of Executive Order No. 239, dated July 24, 1987, is hereby deemed modified as to substitute the words "Technical Assistance Council" with the words "Technical Cooperation Council of the Philippines." 3 This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
