EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 463 March 19, 1976
CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE
DAY ON 12 JUNE 1976
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a national committee to take charge of the celebration of Philippine Independence Day on 12 June 1976.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create sub-committees as may be necessary.
The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the Government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its duties and functions.
