CONFERRING CABINET RANK UPON THE SOLICITOR GENERAL
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby confer upon the Solicitor General the rank of a Member of the Cabinet, with all the rights, honors and privileges pertaining to the position.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
