EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 392 May 9, 1972
CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY ON JUNE 12, 1972
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a national committee to take charge of the celebration of Philippine Independence Day on June 12, 1972.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The President, Veterans Federation of the Philippines |

The President, Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines (CAWP) |

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create such sub-committees as may be necessary.
The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the Government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its duties and functions.
