MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 350, November 16, 1971 ] AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 317 DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1958, WHICH RECONSTITUTED THE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL Executive Order No. 317 dated September 2, 1958, is hereby amended by including as member of the National Security Council created thereunder, the Chairman and the ranking minority member of the Committee of both Houses of Congress whose functions are relevant to the subject to be discussed in the Council and such other government officials as the President may designate.
