FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 183 DATED MAY 6, 1969, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 285 DATED JANUARY 21, 1971, CREATING THE NATIONAL FOOD AND AGRICULTURE COUNCIL
