MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 320, May 31, 1971 ] FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 134 DATED DECEMBER 17, 1964, ENTITLED “CREATING THE PHILIPPINE VOLUNTEER SERVICE COMMITTEE” By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend Executive Order No. 134 dated December 17, 1964, as amended by Executive Order No. 105 dated December 11, 1967, creating the PHILIPPINE VOLUNTEER SERVICE COMMITTEE by designating the Secretary of Social Welfare as Chairman thereof. All the powers and functions heretofore exercised by the Secretary of Community Development in the Committee are hereby transferred to the Secretary of Social Welfare.
