[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 319, May 31, 1971 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 243, DATED JULY 7, 1970, ENTITLED “CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR MINERAL EXPLORATIONS AND SURVEY OPERATIONS.”

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the composition of the Committee created under Executive Order No. 243, dated July 7, 1970, as follows:

The Committee shall, in addition to its functions, recommend the adoption of Government policies, legislation, rules and regulations leading to accelerated capital investment formation, survey and drilling operations and allied activities, and perform such other functions on oil and mineral exploration and development as the President may direct.1a⍵⍴h!1
