EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND REVISE THE REORGANIZATION PLAN

WHEREAS, the President is given under Section 4 of Republic Act 5435, as amended by Republic Act 6172, an additional period of 60 days within which to submit to Congress the Integrated Reorganization Plan prepared by the Commission on Reorganization.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the term of the Presidential Commission to Review and Revise the Reorganization Plan up to June 30, 1971, with the same members, functions, and responsibilities provided under Executive Order No. 281, dated December 29, 1970.

Done in the City of Manila, this 25th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one.
