AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 164 DATED JANUARY 17, 1969, ENTITLED “CREATING THE COMMITTEE TO COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE THE COLLATION, COLLECTION, IDENTIFICATION, CLASSIFICATION, REPRODUCTION AND RELEASE OF ARCHIVAL MATERIALS AND OTHER HISTORICAL PAPERS IN THE POSSESSION OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES”
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 164 dated January 17, 1969, which created a committee to coordinate and supervise the collation, collection, identification, classification, reproduction and release of archival materials and other historical papers in the possession of government agencies, by designating as chairman thereof, the Chairman of the National Historical Commission, in lieu of the Secretary of Education.
Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one.
