MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 261, September 23, 1970 ] PLACING THE PORT OF CALAPAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO AND ITS FACILITIES UNDER THE JURISDICTION, ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS By virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 606 of the Tariff and Customs Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby place the Port of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro under the jurisdiction, administration and control of the Bureau of Customs.
