[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 194, October 13, 1969 ]

FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 321 DATED JUNE 12, 1950, AS REVISED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 137 DATED JANUARY 7, 1965, PRESCRIBING THE CODE OF THE NATIONAL FLAG AND THE NATIONAL ANTHEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

Section 2 of Title I, Executive Order No. 321 dated June 12, 1950, as revised by Executive Order No. 137 dated January 7, 1965, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

“2. The Flag shall be permanently hoisted, day and night, in front of the following: at Malacañang, the official residence of the President of the Philippines; the Congress of the Philippines building; Supreme Court building; at the place of proclamation of the 1st Philippine Republic; at the Rizal Monument in Luneta; and at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Libingan ng mga Bayani.”
