AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 87 DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1967, BY EXTENDING THE PERIODS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUISITE CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF PATENTS OR CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AS WELL AS THE TECHNICAL SURVEY OF FARM LOT CLAIMS TO SEPTEMBER 22, 1971, AND APRIL 30, 1970, RESPECTIVELY.Ꮮαwρhi৷
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 87 dated September 22, 1967, by extending the periods for compliance with the conditions for the issuance of patents or certificates of title, as well as the technical survey of farm lot claims, to September 22, 1971, and April 30, 1970, respectively.
This extension strictly pertains to the final determination and survey of farm lot claims screened by the Screening Committee within the Mount Data National Park Reservation and the Central Cordillera Forest Reserve, the conditions for the issuance of patent or certificate of title of which must be complied with and the complete survey papers of which must be submitted on or before the said cut-off dates.
