AMENDING PARAGRAPH 2 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34, SERIES OF 1954, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 20, SERIES OF 1962, DECLARING THAT PORTION OF THE BENGUET ROAD (KENNON ROAD) FROM KLONDYKE’S SPRING TO CAMP SIX WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AS TOLL ROAD AND FIXING SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications and by virtue of the powers Tested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the second paragraph of Executive Order No. 34, series of 1954, as amended by Executive Order No. 20, series of 962, by deleting therefrom sub-paragraphs (a), (b), (c) (d) and (e), (exemptions from the payment of toll fees).
All previous Executive Orders, as well as directives inconsistent with this Order, are hereby evoked or modified accordingly.
Done in the City of Manila, this 25th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
